How these came together

Eddie Burroughs is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker based in Stantonsburg, and has served as a Reformed Baptist minister for more than three decades. Both shape how he runs a business: long-term relationships, plain dealing, and service that outlasts the transaction.

His career has been in real estate and property management, working with investors, agents, and property managers across the state. The same gap kept showing up — the back office, where maintenance coordination, deadline tracking, and communication quietly decide whether a property or a transaction goes well. These businesses exist to close that gap.

Eddie’s contribution to the technology behind them is business workflow design, implementation, and AI-assisted software development: defining how the work should flow, configuring and connecting the systems that carry it, and building alongside AI tools rather than writing the infrastructure from scratch.
