Eddie Burroughs wears three hats that rarely sit on the same head: minister, real estate broker, and self-taught technologist.
Based in Eastern North Carolina, Eddie has served as a Reformed Baptist minister for more than three decades. That vocation shapes how he approaches business — long-term relationships, plain dealing, and service that outlasts the transaction.
Professionally, Eddie built his career in real estate and property management. He is a North Carolina–licensed real estate broker and spent years working with investors, agents, and property managers across the state. Along the way, he kept noticing the same problem: the industry’s back office — maintenance coordination, deadline tracking, communication — was where good deals and good relationships went to die. So he started building businesses to fix it.
Today, Eddie runs Regular Upkeep, LLC, the parent company for a family of brands:
- RegularUpkeep.com — AI-powered home and property maintenance management serving Eastern North Carolina. One place to track upkeep, get smart recommendations, and connect with vetted local professionals — for single homeowners up through multi-site commercial operators.
- NCTLC (NCTLC.com) — professional contract-to-close transaction coordination built specifically for North Carolina real estate agents, featuring the signature 7/3/1 deadline system: reminders at 7 days, 3 days, 1 day, and day-of, so nothing slips through.
- ADAMPros (ADAMPros.com) — a multi-tenant AI receptionist product that gives small businesses professional, always-on phone and message handling.
- TogetherChurch (TogetherChurch.app) — communication and technology tools for congregations, built from a minister’s perspective rather than a tech company’s.
Separately, Eddie is the majority partner in Approved Property Management (APM), a property management firm serving Eastern North Carolina. (ApprovedPropMgmt.com)
What sets Eddie apart is that he builds his own tools. From CRM systems to lead-generation platforms to the AI products themselves, most of the technical infrastructure behind his ventures is designed, coded, and self-hosted by Eddie himself — the rare operator who understands both the pulpit, the closing table, and the server rack.
Eddie lives in Eastern North Carolina with his wife.
